According to Ability, they are a group of online panels for people with disabilities, the family members, advocates and other stakeholders. They believe that participants in their research have the ability to make their voices heard by participating in their market research initiatives. Their programs include a standard selection of research techniques: mystery shopping and online surveys serve as the focus, however.

People with disabilities are America’s largest minority group and it for this reason that Ability values your opinions so much. Participants play a critical role in ensuring that products and services are accessible to people with disabilities, and in return, they guarantee privacy and confidentiality, and a variety of incentives.

The mystery shopping panel on offer to members of the Ability Panel allows people with disabilities the opportunity to receive compensation for participating in this program. As a panel member you’ll be sent to a variety of retail establishments, given specific instructions and asked to assess service quality. For this work, you’ll receive a check, and the amount each excursion receives is made available upon invitation.

There is also the opportunity to earn incentives by participating in opinion polls, surveys, brand awareness studies, focus groups and other specialized studies, and each email inviting you to participate is accompanied with the details of the rewards on offer.
