They are constantly looking for feedback from their customers on all of their software in order to streamline their products, and have thus instituted an online market research survey. They are looking for people of all levels of experience to participate – everyone from complete novices, to seasoned experts are invited to complete the survey. They also offer a great selection of ways to participate – you can either go through to the Adobe offices to provide them with feedback, have their Researchers visit you at your home or work, or you can do everything online via their website. During these research sessions, they will conduct usability studies, site visits, interviews, surveys and other types of research, which last between 1 and 2 hours.
