DollarSurveys

DollarSurveys.net consider themselves to be “the self-service” of paid surveys, and they offer people interested in participating in online surveys in exchange for a bit of pocket money a simple and relaxed environment in which to do so.

Participation in their various research projects is a straightforward and simple process. You are not required to complete any lengthy registration forms, there are no minimum payments, and they assure all participants in the process that there are no hidden terms and conditions. In order to take part, you simply need to enter your PayPal-enabled email address, and they will send you a survey directly to your inbox. Once you qualify for the survey you will be able to complete it, and for every survey that you complete, DollarSurveys will deposit $1 into your PayPal account, within one week.

If you are interested in taking part in more than one survey a day, you are able to complete as many as you like, provided their partners allow you to do so. All payments are made directly into PayPal accounts, and as such you will need to sign up for one of these if you haven’t done so already.

It appears to be relatively new. With every other survey website, I’ve had to register an account and give out personal information. With Dollar Surveys, all I had to give out was my PayPal email address. And in the 4 months that I’ve been using Dollar Surveys, I’ve literally haven’t had any issues and I’ve managed to make about 40 bucks from completing surveys and GetPaidTo (bonus) type offers from other websites sponsored by Dollar Surveys. For a majority of the surveys I have taken with DollarSurveys, I received 1 dollar. For some of them, I only received 75 cents. DollarSurveys lets you know the amount you’ll be receiving for completing a survey before you attempt to take it. Dollar Surveys also has opportunities to earn money from bonus offers that you would typically find on a GetPaidTo website like CashCrate. I have made about half of my 40 dollars completing these offers. There are surprisingly alot of these type of offers on their website. Perhaps the best thing about DollarSurveys is their quick payments. Most of the time when I complete a survey or offer with DollarSurveys, I receive a payment in my PayPal account within a week. There’s no having to build up a certain amount of money or points to meet a minimum requirement for payout. You simply earn separate payouts for each survey or offer you manage to complete. What’s not so great about Dollar Surveys is the rewards. 1 dollar isn’t really much money compared to a site like GlobalTestMarket where you can typically be paid 3 or 4 dollars for completing a survey. And yeah, I don’t really have too much else too say about DollarSurveys. For the most part, I would have to say that I like DollarSurveys. No, it’s not the best survey website on the Internet but it is a pretty easy and straightforward one to make a little spending money with. I recommend this site unless you’re someone looking to make more than a few extra dollars a month. Sometimes you won't get paid within the one week like they say, but eventually the money comes to you. Dollar Surveys is true to their name. They actually pay you a “dollar” for every survey you complete and what’s great about this survey website is that you don’t have to wait too long to receive your payment from them. *Pros of DollarSurveys: - You don't have to register an account; you only have to provide an email address to start the process of qualifying for a survey (You must provide an email address connected to a PayPal account in order to receive payment from Dollar Surveys, no checks from Dollar Surveys, only PayPal payments.) - Dollar Surveys claim that they try to pay out the incentives for completed surveys within a week. Initially I became a little suspicious when a week passed by and my first few payments didn’t arrive in my PayPal account yet. I sent an email to them. I had a great customer service experience. I got a reply from someone at Dollar Surveys the next day apologizing for the inconvenience and in the email it was specified what completed surveys I received credit for and what completed surveys I was going to receive credit for pretty soon. Along with that email I received another two emails about payments made to my PayPal account from DollarSurveys that same day. As it turns out, DS can’t pay you for a survey until they receive confirmation from the company that administered the survey to you that you actually completed the survey to their satisfaction. So to sum all of this up, it can actually take longer than a week to receive your payment which I think is fair. I’ve never actually had to wait longer than 2 weeks to receive a payment from them which is very nice. - According to my own experience with DS and according to what's stated in their FAQ section of the site, "You can complete as many surveys as you would like. You will be paid $1.00 for each survey you complete. You can earn more than $1.00 per day with us. Some partners of ours may not let you take more than 1 per day, so it is possible that a partner will tell you no. When that happens, just come back to DollarSurveys and we'll send you somewhere else. You will earn $1.00 per survey you complete, no matter how many you complete in a day." In short, you can take multiple surveys a day with Dollar Surveys. - You don’t have to go through a long tedious process of building up a certain number of points to redeem them for cash or prizes or perhaps the worse incentive of all, a sweepstake entry, unlike with most other legitimate survey websites where you do. When you finish completing a survey, you should expect to receive your payment within 2 weeks in your PayPal account. - DS sends a daily email everyday reminding and prompting you to come to their website to try and qualify for and complete a survey. *Cons of Dollar Survey/Why I believe these cons aren’t such a bad thing: - A lot of DS surveys are too long and boring for such a small incentive. But for the most part, I find taking these long boring surveys worth it when I can receive my payment within 2 weeks instead of having to build up a certain number of points to redeem them or having to wait over 2 months instead of 2 weeks to receive a payment. - Quite a few of the survey offers I received from them would only pay me 75 cents. While I would obviously prefer to receive a dollar instead, I did try to take these surveys because I didn’t think it was too much of a difference, only 25 cent less. I appreciate that DS let me know that I would be receiving less than the usual amount if I qualified and completed the survey before I actually tried to take it instead of waiting until after I was finish taking the survey. Not telling me at all would have been the worst thing they could have done. I like that DS was up front and honest about it. *Short Conclusion of DollarSurveys: Great survey website, my experience with them so far has been very positive and hopefully it stays that way. *As a side note, I also wanted to include that even though most of dollar surveys offers are offers to take surveys, some of their offers are “GetPaidTo” type offers that you would find on a website like CashCrate where for example you get compensation for subscribing to a website or service with legitimate information or downloading software or a toolbar to your computer. And I guess that’s pretty much all I wanted to say about Dollar Surveys. Now to be perfectly honest I have no idea what dollar surveys was like a year or two ago and it may have had some teething problems when it first started and lets face it most sites do. I have been a member for about 3 months and to be perfectly honest the longest I have ever had to wait for payment on any survey was 10 days and all the others were paid within a week as the site states. I love Dollar Surveys, I do a survey at least every other day and add that up with some of the other survey sites I am a member of I am regularly earning $100 plus per month from surveys.
