HP Product TestLeading technology company Hewlett-Packard is looking for people to participate in a selection of market research programs. Specifically, Hewlett-Packard’s Imaging and Printing Organization is looking for people to evaluate their prototype products from the comfort of their home or office. These evaluations are performed with your own computer alongside the imaging and printing device or software that is supplied by HP. HP currently has two different programs that require people to participate in. Their Beta Test Program gives Hewlett-Packard the opportunity to see and experience how their products perform in a customer’s environment. The products that they are testing are functional, but they are still in the design phase. These Beta programs give them the chance to interact with their customers, and in doing so gain insight into their needs and preferences. They are also running the Delta Test Program, which provides Hewlett-Packard with the opportunity to validate a product’s design, also in a customer’s environment. Unlike Beta, the Delta test focuses on the overall experience, from installation, to day-to-day use and support. Through this process they hope to identify, and solve, problems that their customers may encounter. If you are interested in participating in these testing programs, you can enroll through the HP website. General Information
