Comment: I have been a member of Ipsos i-Say for almost 12
months and during that time I have had both good and
not so good experiences with them. Initially I was
happy with the amount of surveys I was receiving, but
over time this has waned, especially during the holiday
season. Cut to the New Year though and things have
slightly picked up again and will hopefully stay that
way.
I find that the survey quality is fairly good, with the
questions being asked as varied rather than monotonous
and standard; which is always a good thing. I have also
had the opportunity to do a couple of product tests,
one of which went very well and I was awarded quite a
fair sum. The other though, left me wondering because I
was asked to do a follow up report but yet could not
submit it due to technical difficulties (this was
something I was later informed of through quite a bit
of back and forth through Customer Service). This then
prevented me from getting my full reward, but once
again after some consult through Customer Service my
points were then amended as this technical problem was
no fault of mine.
The jury is still out for me with Ipsos i-Say, but for
now I am happy to continue to take surveys and be
rewarded for them. Most surveys I have been rewarded
for have been well paying, and I am sure that with the
upgrades to their system this is something that will
continue to improve. The best tip I can give though is
not to let your points accrue too much before
requesting a payout.
Overall Ipsos does have a fair amount of surveys to
take, and their Customer Service is reliable in getting
back to you. Another added bonus is the Poll Predictor
game that gives you extra opportunity to win prizes.

Comment: Ipsos I-Say - www.i-say.com
Eligibility - USA, Canada, International
Upon your first visit to the I-Say website you will
notice various photo's with individuals taking surveys
(typical of survey sites). There is a lot going on on
the home page. At the top of the page you will notice
the following heading to find more information.
"Home" - self explanitory
"Join" - which will take you to the registration
page
"Rewards" - with the following sub-links: Rewards
Program, Loyalty Program, Program Rules, Pole
Predictor, Winners, Trading Post Draw.
"Extras" - with the following sub-links: Poll share,
Take a fun survey, Newsletter archieves, Faces of I-say
contest
"Blog" - "Dave from I-say" writes random blogs about
various topics that you can choose to read.
"FAQ" - self explanatory
On the right hand menu you will notice an area that
mentions how many points have been donated to charity.
(nice touch, although, can we validate it)
At the bottom of the page you will find the following
links:
"About I-say" - Gives a little more indepth knowledge
of the organization
"Privacy Policy" - All the legal jargon I'm sure your
just dying to read!
"Unsubscribe" - This is handy as on some sites you have
to dig fairly deep to find this.
"Contact Us" - An email form which unfortanutely is a
draw back as sometimes its nice to have a telephone
number to call.
To Join I-Say:
If you click on Join Now you will be directed to the
registration form. It is your typical form asking for
all of your information, however, one good thing about
the I-Say registration form is that it is not as
impossing or time consuming as other survey websites.
Once you have registered and are a member:
Sign in to your account and begin taking surveys.
Survey Frequency:
I will say I-Say sends me surveys on a daily basis,
sometimes as many as 3 per day.
Survey Incentives:
Over the 3 years that I have been with I-Say, survey
incentives have remained fairly consistent. The typical
point value per survey is 90 points, however 45 points
is another common value. From time to time you will
receive special survey invitations with point values of
100 or greater. For example, I received an invite to
participate in a month long survey with 300 points
associated with it.
Rewards!:
I-Say does have a vast variety of rewards to choose
from ranging from Gift Certificates and Charity
Donations to Cheques and Air Miles. To cash in your
points for a Cheque you must accumulate 1000 points
($10).
Poll Predictor:
I-Say offers a little game after the survey called poll
predictor, whereby they are a trivia questioned based
on responses from the public. For example, what
percentage of men said they like sports?
Depending on how close you were to the correct answer
they provide you with a set number of entries into a
draw for various prizes. You can also accumulate these
points to use at any time. Its a neat extra feature,
although there really is no way to validate if anyone
ever wins there prizes.
Conclusion:
In conclusion I would HIGHLY recommend I-Say to anyone
wanting to take online surveys for a little extra cash.
The frequency of surveys is fantastic and at an average
of 90 points per survey, it is very easy to reach the
cash out minimum of 1000 points.

| Comment: Aside from the website itself being extremely slow like
Ed mentioned, I really enjoy the survey site. Not only
do i feel like i'm helping out, but every survey I
participate gets me closer to any reward I so choose. I
have been a member for about two months and have only
missed one or two surveys, I'm working my way up the
points scale and plan to cash out fairly soon,
cheers!:) |

Comment: Ipsos I-Say is a virtual waste of time. The surverys
do not support all popular browsers, new product
presentation programming generally fails to present,
questions include attribures like "relevant" (? what
the hell is that), website response time on surveys is
dreadfully slow (often takes > 10 seconds to load and
nearly that long when refreshed, and I'm on 6 MB down
and 768K up - pathetic). I'm generally eliminated from
targeted consumer surveys by virtue of age (year of
birth usually ends the survey participation).
Inquiries and service response are polite, generally
prompt, but 'canned' in their nature.
Their online surveys tend to sort demographics by trend
and pop culture, rather than economic segmentation and
spending habits. That would make the responses fairly
untrustworthy, and from a practical standpoint, near
worthless.
,br>
Their 'reward points' are shallow, and follow up game
points unusable - they expire quickly if unused, which
may be a good thing after all.
Use Harris Polls or almost any other consumer survey
resource - at least they harvest and process
participant input in a rational and probably useful
manner. Ipsos should retreat, as in get out of the
online survey business. |

Comment: Ipsos Isay is not a bad survey site at all, I only work
3 days per week so earning a bit of extra money every
month through online survey sites like Ipsos Isay
really makes a difference to my lifestyle.
First things first, is Ipsos Isay a scam? No way in the
world, I have received a few checks from them now and
as a job for stay at home mom, it really does help
out.
So how does it work you ask? Pretty easy, every survey
sent out to you is worth points, even if you do not
qualify for a survey you will earn 10 points.
Surveys completed are worth anywhere from 10 to 100
points usually and at 1000 points you can claim a
check. On top of this Ipsos also has loyalty bonuses
for people that complete in excess of 10 surveys per
month, their is also prize draws that you are entered
into when completing a survey.
All in all, if you are looking to do paid surveys
online then I think you can do alot worse then Ipsos
Isay. |

| Comment: I've been doing surveys from Ipsos for about 6 months
now. Enjoy their surveys but i have an older computer
so some of the better surveys i can't get thru. They
send out surveys on a regular basis and points
accumulate fairly quickly. Their new home page is an
improvment. |

Comment: Ipsos Isay is a legitimate survey website. I have been
completing surveys for this website for over a year now
and have made a little over $100.
You do not get paid cash for surveys as they use a
points system (1000 for $10). The great thing about
this site is that you do not receive surveys that do
not offer points, so every survey you do you are
working your way towards 1000!
Surveys can be worth either 90 or 45 points, however I
would say 80% of the surveys are worth 90 points each.
As well, if you do not qualify for the survey you still
receive 10 points for your time, which is great.
They also offer the Poll Predictor Game where they will
ask a trivia question after the completed survey and
the closer you are to an answer the more entry you get
into monthly draws.
When you have enough points to redeem, Ipsos will send
you a cheque (not paypal). The cheque does take a
couple of weeks to receive however.
Overall I would recommend Ipsos Isay to anyone looking
for a quality survey website. |
