JRA is a global data collection agency that works primarily for marketing and sensory research industries. JRA believes that they have the perfect balance of employee expertise and innovation in their research services, which makes working with them, either as a client or market research respondent, a rewarding experience. They are also committed to their tradition of quality and service while at the same time utilizing new technologies and methods to help their clients succeed in developing products and services.

In order to assist companies to develop these new products and services, they need the assistance of a variety of people from all walks of life. JRA has therefore set up a national consumer opinion panel, and from their facilities in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, they are able to conduct numerous product tests. They conduct product tests with hundreds of people each day, and typical studies include taste tests and focus groups. From time to time, JRA will also conduct studies in multiple national locations, depending on their client’s requirements.

JRA values the time and effort that it takes to participate in these studies, and as such they offer all participants some form of reward for doing so, which is usually in the form of cash payments.

The facility was neat and clean the staff was very friendly. They had refreshments and I got paid going out the door after a 2 hour discussion.
