JuryTestAccording to the JuryTest website, this organization offers a case evaluation and strategy development tool, and they claim to offer a fast and cost-effective alternative to the more traditional mock trials and litigation focus groups. This process is a fairly straightforward one. Firstly counsel records a case summary or argument on the JuryTest toll-free telephone line. After this, a geographically selected group of “jurors” listen to the recorded message and reviews the accompanying exhibits. Feedback is then provided securely and efficiently via the JuryTest website, where clients can instantly analyze and sort juror responses and learn the issues that jurors deem particularly important. Once you have registered to become a part of this research process, you can opt in to be notified about various cases, which may occur as often as once a week. This obviously depends on your location and specific details, and JuryTest does not guarantee the regular occurrence of calls. In the near future, they aim to finalize their “courthouse”, whereby potential participants in this jury process can visit those cases placed in the public gallery. Each participant in these studies will receive some form of compensation, which is usually between $20 and $50 per case, and these usually last between 20 and 50 minutes. General Information
