In order to live up to their goals, they have built comprehensive focus group facilities in Charlotte that have been custom designed. These facilities consist of a spacious focus group room that seats up to 30 participants, as well as a viewing room, client lounge and a special room dedicated entirely to online, and computer based research.

They are also looking for people to assist them in various aspects by participating in this range of market research.
