Head over to the website, answer a few questions about yourself, and then wait for the website to get back to you with all the necessary information. The Panel carefully screens surveys to only include those that are relevant, interesting and short, and they encourage panelists to only participate in those surveys that users find interesting and relevant. Surveys are generally sent out once a month, depending on the number and type of respondents they require.
