I joined in December 2009. The website page very attractive and very convincing, reminds me of wolfs in sheep clothing. Diligently they would send surveys, In a week three or four, I was excited and kept counting my so called accumulated pulse points, the points kept growing, and each time I had a log in problem or survey question, the staff would reply within two working days and very prompt replies and always ready to clarify any doubts, then in mid-2010 I received an email from them saying, warning you are speeding in doing surveys take care, I was surprised and immediately replied I always complete every survey within the recommended time and read the questions promptly, so why this stern warning, they replied saying just checking. I continued receiving surveys all seemed well. By end of 2010 I realised I had 4200 pulse points and wanted to cash in my pulse points and even opened a pay pal account. So in Dec 2010 I requested for a payment of 4200 pulse points which is USD42 into my pay pal account, the reply promptly came saying it takes one month to complete the transaction in my pay pal account, it did not make any sense, I enquired to which they replied simply company's procedure, so I waited and continued receiving surveys and promptly completed surveys, thinking I will wait, then by end of Jan 2011 I decided to log in into my planet pulse member's account and was shocked that I could not log in into my account, so I sent the office an email, no reply, again the second week I sent another email, still no reply. I was still receiving surveys, then I told them in firm words that you are sending me surveys but no payment and cannot log in into my account, they replied through another email address saying that planet pulse is now under pulse group, so I then contacted the new email address at pulse group and repeated my whole story of no payment, cannot log in. that was the last I heard from planet pulse and pulse group, that was end of Feb 2011. Now you decide whether planet pulse or pulse group from Malaysia is this survey company genuine or a scam, till the end of March 2011 I still receive surveys from them, I stopped doing their surveys and hope others will be wiser.
