This of course means that there are some rewards up for grabs for those people willing to spend some time completing their surveys and participating in their focus groups and mystery shopping initiatives.

Quality Eye’s mystery shopping research is fairly straightforward. This program includes customer service evaluations, telephone mystery shop audits, exit interviews, incentive based shops, integrity shops and web site evaluations. If you’re willing to do any of these, Quality Eye will reward you. The amount that you will be rewarded varies depending on the nature of the research that you conduct, but for each mystery shop, you can expect to receive reimbursements from £5 to £20, which is paid within 30 days of the completed assignment.

Details of their other programs that are conducted more occasionally will be made available to panelists when they are launched. According to the site, Quality Eye are looking for “bright, reliable and articulate people” who are over the age of 16.
