The Survey frequency is pretty good too. The minimum cash-out is just 1000 points, which is not really bad. The limitations with the cash-out is - you can get paid cash for which you have to have a PayPal account. No checks or direct-deposit to bank account! Which is kind of crappy. Alternatively, you can cash-out your points for gift-vouchers from Amazon.com and many other merchants. This is a cool option and the quickest too! The only problems I have faced is, at times, the reward doesn't get credited. Either the survey doesn't return-back to the Surveyspot.com at the end - or even worse, after you go throuhg the entire survey, you get some message like - "quota full" or "profile not suitable" etc. This is actually what I would call CHEATING. They do the filtering right at the begining of the survey, so doesn;t make sense of such messages after you have completed through the entire survey. Though not all of these surveys offer cash rewards, there are often other incentives offered like entries into their quarterly sweepstakes or the chance to win more rewards through their Spot Challenges. All points earned from surveys you take can be accumulated to offer you greater rewards of cash payments through PayPal, or you can redeem your rewards through their WebShop by requesting gift vouchers from well known retailers like Barnes & Noble, Amazon and Foot Locker. There’s also the opportunity to win huge cash prizes in their Sweepstakes, held quarterly. You’ll receive one entry into the Sweepstakes draw each time you participate in a survey, giving you the chance to win the $12,000 cash prize. Most rewards though come in point form, allowing you to accrue your points in your rewards account until such time as you choose to redeem them. 1000 points is equivalent to $10, so it may take some time to accumulate enough for payout. The best way to ensure that you can earn rewards faster is by keeping your profile up-to-date, thus allowing Survey Spot to match you to more paid survey opportunities, more frequently. Your rewards are reflected by your diligence, keep checking what’s available, respond to invites as soon as possible and take as many surveys as you can to increase your rewards status. Pros: • Frequent amount of surveys available • Wide variety of survey topics • A selection of reward redemption options Cons: • 1000 points can sometimes take a long time to accrue • Some surveys don’t offer high enough reward for the time spent completing them • Customer service response times can be lengthy Overall, Survey Spot is a good, steady rewards earner but not something you would earn a wage from. I would recommend becoming a member of Survey Spot to persons who have a bit of spare time, looking to earn a little ‘extra’. At first, everything went well. I was getting a lot of invites to surveys. I was getting kicked out of a lot but I was very persistent in trying to complete surveys which allowed me to earn points. But over the last couple of months, I was still getting a large number of surveys but I was either getting kicked out of more surveys than before or the ones I was able to complete, more often than not, just got me a sweepstakes entry even though I spent a significant amount of time completing them. Now with no warning, I couldn't sign into my account last week so I e-mailed them and got back today an automated response that my account was terminated because I apparently I didn't follow their rules and regulations. They were not specific as to what I did wrong. I have always tried to be honest when answering the survey questions. I don't have the slightest idea why I was terminated. And the same thing happened to me with three other ssi panels, Opinion Outpost, PCH Online Surveys and Opinion World. I belong to roughly 20 panels overall and I get terminated by all of those affiliated with ssi. I have had no problems with any of the other panels I belong to, just the ssi ones. There is no way I can prove it but I think after you earn so much money from them over a period of time, they first make it more difficult to earn money from the surveys you try to take and then they just arbitrarily terminate you. I would advise everyone to stay away from any ssi affiliated panels. I wish there was a way to put these ssi affiliated panels out of business. They are not legitimate and a complete ripoff. Unlike other survey companies that claim they will pay you within so many days of completing a survey, SurveySpot is the one that actually delivers on this! I was so happy to receive my first payment and that it was there when they told me it would be, without a stuff-around, technical problems or some other issue. Better still; the amount of surveys I have been receiving is phenomenal, at least 5 or 6 invitations a day. Their member support team are always very quick to respond to my queries, which I found surprising seeing as I have had a lot of trouble with other survey companies. I also love how you can receive your rewards via PayPal, this is such a convenient option. Maybe some other companies should follow this lead so they can retain and attract more members and have less fuss with rewards payouts! If you’re thinking of becoming a SurveySpot member, I would say – Yes, do it. The surveys are always fun and interesting, the frequency of surveys is great, and your payouts will be received on time! That's not too fair because not everyone likes to put their bank account online;therefore you cannot get cash [ayouts through surveyspot unless you are verified by paypal to have a backup account that is active and verifiable by them.Other than that,i love surveyspot in all its uniqueness and generosity,i highly commend them. At first I loved it for the frequency of surveys, but it wasn't long before my account was cancelled and I could not get a response why! All I received were automated e-mails. I recently found that my account was terminated without any email stating why or warning. Instead they continued to send me surveys and used me. I was owed around $50.00 and did not get paid. I like the two part sureys also they have higher points connected to those and you get to preview up coming movies. They pay well and almost instantly. A very good company.
