| Comment: Surveyhead is still one of the best that are out there
at this time. But they have raised the 25.00 cashout
policy to 35.00. And they seem to be taking a bit
longer crediting you for the surveys, they may remain
'pending' for up to 2-3 months. Yet, I must say, they
give a very quick reply when you contact member
services for any problems. Overall, Surveyhead is at
the top of most survey sites i see out there. This is a
legit site, and is worth joining! |

Comment: One year of membership has just passed for me being a
Surveyhead member, and I’m not sorry I did it! Their
surveys are frequent and interesting; they have a great
choice in rewards, and I get to have my say on products
and services that are destined for the consumer market.
That’s how it all started – I wanted to share my
thoughts on what I spend my hard earned dollars on. The
fact that I get rewarded for it is just icing on the
cake.
For starters, just by signing up to become a member I
received $5.00 credited to my Surveyhead account. Then
you get more rewards for completing your profile
surveys, which in turn, helps you to receive more paid
survey opportunities. Each survey you complete earns
you rewards which you can redeem for cash (paid out via
PayPal) or gift cards from places like Amazon and
iTunes; or you can redeem them for virtual currency for
games like Farmville or request a magazine
subscriptions. There is even the opportunity to donate
your rewards to charity. No matter what reward you
choose to receive, you do have to have accrued a
minimum of $25 in your Surveyhead account to be
eligible to request redemption.
Another thing about Surveyhead is that they operate on
the User Dashboard system, where they list your survey
opportunities rather than emailing you for each and
every survey. So to earn more rewards you need to keep
checking back on your Dashboard daily rather than just
relying on being emailed.

Overall Surveyhead has been good to me, earning me a
little extra here and there and helping me to share my
opinions on products and services. I would recommend
anyone to become a member, provided you have an open
mind and are patient in waiting for your rewards –
after all, good things come to those who wait!

Comment: I've been with Surveyhead for almost 3 years now. When
I first started working with Surveyhead I actually
thought it was a pretty decent survey panel. SH offered
and still continues to offer many survey opportunities
on their website. The way it works is that instead of
being invited to take a survey by email you log into
your Surveyhead account for a chance to qualify for all
open and available survey opportunities. From my own
experience with SH and other survey panels many or even
the majority of surveys you won’t be able to qualify
for and that’s to be expected when a particular
survey/research study is only seeking opinions and
feedback from certain groups of people. This wasn’t
really a problem for me when I first started using SH
because I still managed to qualify for a fair number of
surveys sometimes more than one survey within a day but
lately it seems impossible to qualify for any of them.
What’s good about Surveyhead is that they offer a lot
of survey opportunities. Next to each survey
opportunity the estimated time that it would take to
complete the survey is also displayed which I find to
be helpful and accurate enough information to know
before I attempt to qualify and complete a survey. SH,
a while ago, also used to display the estimated chances
you would have of qualifying for a particular survey
which was a cool unique little idea but most likely it
was removed due to it seemingly being pretty inaccurate
and misleading. Way too many surveys I was told of
having like a 80 or 90 percent chance of qualifying for
only to be told that I did not qualify. But SH
eventually got rid of this particular feature of their
site so that was a step in the right direction.
Now I‘ve gotten a little suspicious about Surveyhead.
SH claims to credit members their earnings for
completed surveys within 4 weeks after they validate
the survey data. I have completed surveys that have
been “pending” since early October of 2011. It’s almost
January of 2012, a whole new year, and I’m still
waiting for these surveys to be marked as completed so
I can receive credit for them. I’ve never had to wait
this long to receive credit for surveys with them until
now. When and if these pending surveys ever become
approved I can cash out for a 25.00 Paypal payment.
I’ve cashed out twice before with no problems and
received my payments in a timely manner but now it
seems like I will never be able to cash out my earnings
as if though SH doesn’t want to give me my money. The
only thing I can cash out for right now is magazine
subscriptions to magazines that I really have very
little to no interest in reading and would only be a
waste of my earnings to cash out for these. I contacted
customer service with an inquiry about these pending
surveys that have been pending for too long a few days
ago but I have yet to receive a response and I don’t
know if I will ever receive one.
On top of this, qualifying for surveys has become much
more difficult. There can typically be over 20
available open surveys in a day and I don’t qualify for
any of them. What’s even worse is when I’m in a middle
of taking a survey thinking that I’m going to complete
and receive credit for it only to be told that there
are no more questions for me and I don’t qualify for
the survey after I spent a good bit of time answering
questions. Surveyhead tells me that my personal
information is discarded but when this happens I can’t
help but wonder if this was just a sneaky way to get my
opinions without having to compensate me.
One thing I also wanted to mention is that Surveyhead
offers an entry for an I-pad sweepstakes each time you
complete a poll at the bottom of the page of their
website and I’ve actually managed to complete multiple
polls and earn multiple entries within the same day.
The polls are only a few questions and the questions
are actually pretty interesting and can relate to how
much you like a specific celebrity or brand or how much
you agree or disagree with a certain statement and
etc.. Many of their survey opportunities also offer an
entry into the I-pad sweepstakes, instead of being
compensated with money, for no more than 2 or 3 minutes
of your time. I don’t seem to qualify for many of these
though either.
Overall, I would have to say that Surveyhead no longer
seems to be worth my time and when and if I ever
receive credit for my pending offers that have been
pending for too long I probably will cancel my account
with SH. I wouldn’t recommend this survey website
because it seems to be getting worse based off my
recent experiences with it.

| Comment: WAS one of my favs. I have made well over $300.00 with
them. They are great as long as you don't complain
about all the "invalid" Sureys on your account,which
they say is from the "partner sites"invalidating
them.(which is kinda funny because I am a member of
some of those "partner sites" and have had no trouble
with taking those suveys directly)Always responded to
e-mails untill I started asking questions about the
"invalids"Now, they refuse to answer and have quit
sending surveys and no profiles to complete,and I am
only $2.45 away from the required $25.00. Guess they'll
get to keep that! |

| Comment: I have been with this panel for a few months now. They
have pretty good incentives for surveys, usually
ranging from a $1 to $3. However, they don't send out
very many survey invitations. I do usually have a
couple more available surveys when I check my dashboard
that I don't get an email for, though. My main problem
with them is that most of their rewards are for
magazine subscriptions, and their first cash reward is
a fairly large amount, so it is taking me a while to
get to the first cash reward offered. Otherwise, they
are very good. |

fairly low and easy cash out amount. And it seems now
that I've been doing their surveys for a little while
now,
the reward amounts have increased for some surveys.
BUT, for the life of me, I dont understand why it takes

Comment: This is a very good company which pays alot for just a

Also the surveys are easy and fun to do!
The only bad thing is that you have to wait untill you

Comment: Surveyhead is a great way to earn extra cash without me
having to leave home. I love that I can just check in
at any time that’s convenient to me to do a few surveys
and make extra money. In fact, the extra money I’ve
earned since becoming a Surveyhead member 17 months
ago, has now reached over $400, plus I still have about
$35 pending.
The surveys are of good quality, unlike some other
survey sites I have been a member of, and most pay
quite fairly for your time spent doing them. Another
thing I also liked was the little bonus they credit you
with, just for signing up. Although most may think that
$5 isn’t much, it does help towards getting your first
payout so much sooner. After all, reaching $25 for a
payout adds up pretty fast if you are persistent. I
often choose to receive my payouts via PayPal, though
there are great options to choose from if receiving
your rewards paid in Gift Cards. According to some
other Surveyhead Reviews I have read, a lot of members
express their disappointment at how long it takes to
receive payment, though this has never been a big issue
with me. Yes there have been times where a payment took
a little longer than usual, but nothing that made me
want to stop being a member; I’m just enjoying it too
much.
I really like being a Surveyhead member, it gives me a
chance to share my opinions and views on so many
topics, and the fact that you get paid for it is just
icing on the cake! If you’ve got some spare time why
not use it to earn extra cash? You’ll not only feel
good about sharing your honest consumer opinions to
help create and improve products and services, you’ll
also love receiving rewards for doing so – I know I
do.

Comment: With over two years experience participating in online
research, I have worked with a variety of
companies/websites.
Over 8 months ago I decided to join Surveyhead as from
reviews I had read, this seemed like a legitimate
company.
I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the
frequency of new survey's being offered. There were at
least 3 new surveys every day.
The compensation for each survey ranged from $0.50 -
$6.50 (was the highest I even saw).
One issue with this site is that the minimum depost
amount is $25 USD. Another issue is that it can take a
while for money earned to actually be credited to your
account. For example, I had completed a $2.50 survey
and it took a month and half plus an inquiry from me
for those funds to be credited to my account.
I noticed that when I had seemed to come to the end of
the survey, I would click submit or finish, and it
would then inform me that I was ineligible for this
survey, which always seems like a low thing to do after
someone clearly had finished the entire survey.
Even after my numerous disappointments I decided to
stay with the survey since I was close to the $25
threshold. Once I had enough money in my account to
qualify for a paypal deposit, I quickly requested a pay
out.
Four weeks later I noticed that I had yet to receive
the funds. I contacted customer service and they
informed me that they had rejected my cash out due to
inaccuraceys in my account. I was incredibly enraged
with this, especially since I do take care to
thoroughly and honestly answer each question/survey.
Repeated attempts to contact them asking for
clarification on their ruling went unreturned.
From other feedback it seems that Surveyhead is a
legitimate site, however, if you do decide to join, I
would recommend proceeding with caution. |

don't know why they take forever to pay you. Once you
completed the survey, it usually take up to 4 weeks to
verify and clear the pending incentive. Once the
survey is verified and cleared. They should pay member
as soon as possible for reward requested. I don't
understand why it takes another 4 to 6 weeks to
received your rewards. THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY, THEY
HOLD YOUR MONEY AS LONG AS THEY CAN! |

Comment: I have only been a member of Surveyhead for around 9
months, but the time spent being a member and taking
surveys has been well worthwhile. I was also happy
with earning my first $5 credit, just for joining. Soon
after I first joined I wasn’t offered many surveys to
take part in, but then I realised it was probably
because I didn’t fill in much detail on my profile.
Since completing more details about myself in my
profile, I started to receive more survey invitations,
and of course along with that came more money! In fact,
I have already earned $287, and have another $56
pending.
That’s another great thing about being a Surveyhead
member – the fact that you get to choose how you would
like to receive your rewards. Provided you have met the
minimum payout threshold of $25, you can request payout
when it suits you. I have always opted for Paypal as
that is what is convenient for me, though some of my
friends, who are also members, love to receive their
rewards in Gift Cards.
Overall, the best part of being a member is that I get
to share my opinions on so many products and topics,
giving me the opportunity to make a small difference in
the world that I live in. The way I see it as, is if
more people shared their opinions through surveys, the
greater our world will become. Why not have your say on
products that you do or don’t like? And why not get
paid to share those opinions? To have your say and be

| Comment: Despite hearing good reviews, my experience is less
than wonderful. I have not received notification of any
surveys via email, only seen when logging in. Then of
all the surveys available (which hasn't been many to
say the least), I have never qualified for one of them
yet. The site says you can earn cents by updating
profiles, but each time I do my balance doesn't change.
I seem to be stuck on the bonus $5 that I received when
signing up. Also, the button "Win an IPAD. Complete our
daily quick poll" doesn't work either. I thought the
problem may be because it is an American survey site
and I am Australian. Overall it seems to be a complete
waste of time, thus will more than likely close my
account. |

Comment: I am a pretty picky person in general, especially when
it comes to my finances. If something involves my money
or time, I want to be 100% sure that it’s legitimate
and safe. Because of this, I take my time when
selecting survey companies to work with.
I learned pretty quickly that this industry is filled
with scammers and time-wasters, and that there were
only a handful of real, legitimate sites that were
actually worth my time. One of the sites that I
determined to be worthwhile was SurveyHead, and now
it’s my overall favorite survey site.
The first thing I noticed about SurveyHead was the
simple yet elegant design. I’ve always been frustrated
by sites that claim to be legitimate and professional,
but have a horrible design. It’s quite obvious, at
least to me, that the design should be an important
part of any website, ESPECIALLY one that’s dealing with
financial information and supposedly paying their
users. I liked SurveyHead because not only was the
design attractive, it was also very functional and easy
to navigate.
The one time that I did actually have a problem with a
SurveyHead survey (the window crashed and it kicked me
out of the survey halfway through without warning, and
then I couldn’t access that survey again) I contacted
the support team and got an answer almost instantly.
They did all the work, and made it so the survey would
appear in my profile again, so I could complete it.
Besides the excellent support team, SurveyHead always
pays on time, is extremely professional, and comes
highly recommended by me and thousands of other people
involved in the industry.

Comment: I’ve been doing online surveys for the last 4 years to
make extra cash. During this time, I’ve seen my fair
share of both excellent survey sites and horrible ones.
I consider myself to be pretty knowledgeable about the
survey industry, which is why you can trust my
recommendation to use SurveyHead.
In all my years taking surveys, I’ve only found 2 or 3
sites that I have liked as much as SurveyHead. They’re
professional, quick to pay, and provide a good amount
of survey opportunities for most users.
Before joining SurveyHead, I did my research like
any good consumer would. I discovered that the site is
owned by the United Sample Network, one of the largest
corporate research firms around today. The owners, Matt
Dusig and Gregg Lavin started their survey empire with
an extremely popular site called GoZing. Years later,
they sold GoZing for upwards of 30 million to a
competitor, in order to focus their efforts on new and
improved survey sites. The result was SurveyHead, and
the people are happy.
When you join SurveyHead, you’ll be able to start
earning pretty much instantly, and the invites just
keep coming in. The minimum payout is $25, and they
ALWAYS pay on time and in the correct amount.

Comment: A few years back, I started looking for ways to make
some extra money. It started as a small hobby –
something I did just once or twice a week. As I got
more into it, I began to discover that there was a
substantial amount of paid work available to do online,
and the more that I worked, the more I would get. I had
been doing online surveys for about 3 months when I
found SurveyHead, one of my now-favorite online survey
sites.
As soon as I found SurveyHead, I was instantly
impressed with the design and functionality of their
site. It was extremely easy to navigate, but also very
aesthetically pleasing. I signed up immediately, which
only took a few short minutes. I filled out the
profiles that were available, and signed out to go
check my other survey sites. Within just 4 hours of
signing up, I already got an email from the SurveyHead
team saying that I had a new survey opportunity. I
logged in, completed the survey, and was given $3.50
for my time. Considering it only took 6 or 7 minutes, I
was quite happy with the compensation. After the
survey, I went back to the main menu and realized that
I had 4 or 5 surveys available to me that I hadn’t
noticed before.
Within a few weeks I had more than passed the $25
minimum withdrawal limit, so I cashed out. I received

very pleased with the whole process. Plus, with the
wide selection of surveys, I am able to supplement my
normal income with a decent side income through
SurveyHead and my other survey sites. If you have yet

Comment: This site is actually pretty good, I've been doing
surveys for a couple of years and have seen it all,
things like 60 cents for a 45 minute survey. Now I am
sure that you will agree that sites that send out those
kinds of surveys are taking advantage of our valuable
time and whilst they do pay, it is almost a survey scam
which I personally think puts a bad light on the
industry and makes people wary of doing surveys
period.
I am very glad to say that Surveyhead is not like this
at all, in fact just for signing up you get paid $5.00
into your account, which isn't bad in my book.
After spending a bit of time filling out your profile
with things such as your age, gender, occupation etc.
the surveys start coming in.
I myself get about 3 surveys per week that I actually
qualify for and complete and these usually range from
about $2.00 to $7.50 and from time if I am lucky I will
get a survey that will pay in excess of $10 but those
are few and far between for my demographics, how ofter
other people get surveys of that value I am not sure.
$25.00 is the minimum payout which is paid into your
paypal account and whilst that sounds like a lot for a
minimum payout at first, you will be suprized at just
how quick that money adds up and how quick you are
cashing out after joining.
Highly recommended for anyone that is looking to earn
from home and get a bit of extra money for doing
surveys online. |

Comment: I joined Surveyhead about 6 months ago after a friend
suggested the site to me, I was very sceptical at first
and found it hard to believe that you can get paid
online for surveys.
Anyways as a single Mom of 3 children, I was very
interested in potentially making some money online. As
soon as I joined I was excited to see there was $5.00
in my account straight away and after I filled out my
profile I had another couple of dollars, the $25.00
minimum payout no longer seemed so far away.
So now I am ready to do surveys and guess what there
was none there for me to do, I thought "oh great, I
just gave out my details and wondered is Surveyhead a
scam.
I'm happy to say that after 3 days I got my first
survey and it was about diapers, it took me about 15
minutes to complete and there was $7.50 pending in my
account. Over the next several weeks I got quite a few
surveys and the amounts all stayed pending, shortly
after that all those pending amounts began to clear and
now I have constant money clearing into my account.
So now after 6 months I have cashed out 4 times and
have another $15.00 in my account and am close to my
next cash out. This isn't instant money by any means
but it is easy money and you do get paid and that puts
you a mile ahead of all the internet scams that are out
there.
For anyone considering trying to make money online, I
can highly recommend Surveyhead. |

for about 6 months now. Have made approximately $60.
There are new surveys on a regular basis, but i usually
only qualify for about 20% of them. The best way to
earn rewards is to check back often to their dashboard.
Some of the finished surveys take a while to be
verified and credited to my account. Some take up to 6
weeks. Their new website is more professional looking
but does not give you a % for your chances of
qualifying for a survey like the old one did. |

Comment: The site is well designed and it is quite well
organised.
The money you can earn is ok, in ratio to the work
it is good.
A steady stream of money can't really be acquired,
the only garanteed payments are those of profile
updates to improve the type of survey you get.
It's often the case that you need to answer
questions to be actually allowed in the survey, and if
your answers do not meet the requirements, you will NOT
get the advertised money.
That's pretty much the only flaw I can see in this
system. |

$156.80 with them so far, cash outs have been taking
about 6 weeks to get paid to my Paypal account (3
requested so far, 2 have been paid), the good thing is
it did eventually get paid, so I'm happy (Thumbs up for
paying, thumbs down for the length of time it takes to
get paid).
The surveys they send out are usually quite
interesting, and most of the time you are well
compensated for the length of time it takes to complete
them. The amount you earn for doing a survey is clearly
stated with the corresponding link to each survey. Most
of the surveys also offer some small amount of
compensation (Usually $0.20) if you don't qualify for
the study. One of the keys to getting more surveys from
them is to login 2 or 3 times a day to check your
account for available surveys to take, when I first
joined I didn't do this, but since I've been doing this
for the last couple of months my earnings have
skyrocketed.
I consider Surveyhead to be a legitimate, good all
round online survey company, their website is easy to
navigate and well laid out. Although the process of
waiting for pending payments on surveys you've
completed and getting paid when you requested a cash
out can take some time, at the end of the day they do
pay you eventually, which is more that I can say for a
few other paid survey scams out there.
Well worth joining!

Paypal. Still waiting for payment. They do warn you
that credit earned for completing a survey can take 4
to 6 weeks and that payment of a cash out can take the
same amount of time. But all reviews/sources say they
DO pay out. Overall, I am impressed. Like a lot of
others have said here you do get a large small
percentage of surveys that after 5 or ten minutes you
get bounced with an excuse (already reached our quota,
etc) but they got your 10 minutes of time AND your
comments for free. You feel robbed. I have no doubt
that is intentional. If you've got some time, want to
answer some fun surveys, and get paid a small amount of
cash use Surveyhead!!! |

the end (or even the last question), I receive an error
that I did not qualify or they have enough responses
already. I emailed customer support and a manager sent
me a nasty response. Of the surveys I have a lot of
pending surveys that have been sitting there for
months. So, I have never been paid. What a waste of
time. I have invested hours! |
